PLEASE NOTE OUR SPECIAL RACE DAYS:
Northbrook Canoe has the following special race days, which have Reservation Restrictions as noted below:
a) July 4, 2011 ("Good Neighbor Day"):
Good Neighbor Day Race is Downingtown's celebration of our nation's birth.
Reservation Restrictions: For this day our normal upstream trips apply, but we have half as much rental capacity due to half our fleet being used in the race.
On this day, there will be no trips starting from Northbrook Canoe that go downstream.
b) October 2, 2011 ("Community Race Day"):
Marshalton Triathlon is the oldest triathlon in the country, and benefits the Marshallton Fire Co.
Reservation Restrictions: No normal rentals on this day. Race registration can only be made through the Marshalton Triathlon. Find their website at www.marshaltontriathlon.com.

. Every adult on your trip must sign their own form and submit a hard copy at the Northbrook Canoe office prior to their trip departure. For everyone under 18 years of age, a guardian must sign and submit a separate Release Form. Thank You !
NORTHBROOK CANOE COMPANY TRIP POLICY ON
ADULT SUPERVISION:
We consider anyone of age 10 and older as an adult in regards to craft capacity.
Children under the age of 2 are not permitted on any of our trips for their
safety. In any canoe, there MUST be one adult per child for safety in case
the canoe flips during your trip. You must be 10 years and older or four
feet and above to use these kayaks or tubes.

NORTHBROOK CANOE COMPANY WATER CRAFT OCCUPANCY POLICY:
Our canoes are designed to carry two people. It is possible to have three adults in a canoe with the third individual sitting on the floor of the canoe. You may also have two adults and two children in one canoe. Both our kayaks and tubes are single person crafts. There is absolutely no doubling up on these watercrafts for your own safety.
